Walmart differentiates itself from other retailers by offering a shopping experience with a wide variety of goods at low prices under the same roof. Apple differentiates itself within the computer category by offering a product that is easy to use and robust, compared to every other computer vendor. Packaging can be another form of differentiation. Jose Cuervo has unveiled its limited-edition thermochromic packaging, which features Mexican-inspired skeletons that come to life in brilliant color when chilled to at least 42 degrees.
